This website is operated by Lantern Home Cleaning LLC in Fairfax County, Virginia. By using it or booking a service, you agree to these terms and to our service policies.
Accounts
Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the home details you enter, since they determine your price.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation on screen and by email. We may decline or cancel a booking, without any fee to you, for example if the address is outside our service area or a request falls outside our housekeeping-only services.
Payment authorization
When you save a card and book, you authorize us to charge that card for completed visits, the extras and tips you choose, and any fees described in our service policies, each time after the event that triggers it. You can remove a card or cancel future visits from your account.
Gift cards and credits
Gift cards and account credits don't expire, can be used for any service, and can't be exchanged for cash unless the law requires it.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site, try to access other people's information, or submit false bookings.
Liability
We stand behind our work as described in the service policies. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Virginia law that can't be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
